Applications : It is a very useful fluorogenic reagent for fluorescent N-terminal derivatization of in both aliphatic and aromatic amines to produce stable blue- or blue-green–fluorescent sulfonamide adducts and is widely used to modify amino acids, protein sequencing and amino acid analysis.
