Applications : This is a dansylalkyne building block, which is useful for the synthesis of fluorescent dansyl-bisguanosine conjugates hatcan be considered potent scaffolds for selective recognition of G-quadruplexes over duplex DNA. Dansyl-linked bisguanosine derivatives can be used as fluorescent markers for the selective detection of c-MYC G-quadruplex overduplex DNA.
