Applications : This is an impurity of Regadenoson, which is a selective A2A adenosine receptor agonist and vasodilator that enhances coronary blood flow and is utilized in myocardial perfusion imaging studies. Additionally, Regadenoson increases the permeability of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) in rodent models, which may facilitate the investigation of improved delivery of agents to the human central nervous system.
