Applications : 11-(Dansylamino)undecanoic acid (DAUDA), a dansyl fluorophore, is widely used as a hydrophobic binding site probe to identify the binding sites of long and medium chain fatty acids, their derivatives and other hydrophobic molecules like proteins.
