Applications : 2-(3-Pyridyl)-2-oxazoline is an impurity of Nicorandil (Nicorandil EP impurity D), which is a potassium channel activator, and stimulates guanylate cyclase to increase formation of cyclic GMP (cGMP), used to treat angina.
