Applications : This is a deuterium labelled version metabolite of Desipramine, which is a dibenzazepine-derivative tricyclic antidepressant that acts as a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. It also shows weak serotonin reuptake inhibitory, α1-blocking, antihistamine, and anticholinergic effects.
