AZD‑4625 is an orally active, selective, irreversible KRASG12C inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 3 nM) that blocks MAPK and PI3K signaling and induces apoptosis, with no activity on wild‑type RAS. It is used to study KRASG12C‑mutant NSCLC.
