Applications : (3S,5S,6R)-Navtemadlin represents a stereochemical variant of Navtemadlin and is used as an experimental control. Navtemadlin itself disrupts the p53–MDM2 interaction with nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 0.6 nM) and binds MDM2 with very high affinity (K_D= 0.045 nM).
