Applications : This is an advanced key intermediate in the synthesis of Pacritinib and related analogs. Pacritinib is an oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively targets Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) and Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3). It is currently being developed as a treatment option for intermediate and high risk myelofibrosis.
