Applications : 4-Despiperidinyl-4-(5-oxopentylamino)dipyridamole is an impurity of Dipyridamole. It is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor that blocks uptake and metabolism of adenosine by erythrocytes and vascular endothelial cells.
