Applications : This is a deuterium labelled version metabolite of Mepivacaine. This can be used as an analytical labelled reference standard. Mepivacaine is an amide-type local anesthetic that blocks voltage-gated sodium channels in neurons, preventing sodium influx and membrane depolarization.
