Applications : This is an advanced key intermediiate in the synthesis of Avatrombopag and related analogs. Avatrombopag is an orally administered, small-molecule thrombopoietin receptor (c-Mpl) agonist that increases platelet number without activating platelets. Avatrombopag may be used to treat low blood platelet count in adults with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and chronic liver disease (CLD).
