Applications : 6-((6-Biotinoylamino hexanoyl)aminohexanoyl)- propargylamine is an effective reagent to synthesize biotinylated biphenyl ketone-containing 2,4-dioxobutanoic acids designed as HIV-1 integrase photoaffinity ligands, through azide–alkyne cycloaddition-mediated ‘click chemistry.
