Applications : A‑395 functions as a PRC2 antagonist by blocking EED‑mediated protein–protein interactions, resulting in potent inhibition of the EZH2–EED–SUZ12 complex (IC₅₀ = 18 nM). It is widely used to probe PRC2‑dependent epigenetic regulation.
