Applications : ABT‑737 inhibits Bcl‑2, Bcl‑xL, and Bcl‑w with low‑nanomolar potency and activates the intrinsic apoptotic pathway through BCL‑2/BAX disruption and BAK‑dependent signaling. It also induces autophagy and is widely used in studies of AML and other BCL‑2‑driven malignancies.
