Applications : This is a deuterium labelled analog of Acelarin, which is a first-in-class nucleotide analog utilising phosphoramidate chemistry to enhance anti-cancer efficacy and safety. In preclinical studies Acelarin demonstrated potent anti-cancer activity. It can be used as an internal reference standard in drug activity and metabolism studies.
