Applications : The aminopyrimidine, discovered through a fragment‑based design strategy, is an ACK1 inhibitor with moderate potency (IC₅₀= 56 nM). However, despite its activity on ACK1, it shows poor kinase selectivity, strongly inhibiting several other kinases—most notably the JAK family—which limits its suitability as a selective ACK1 lead and highlights the need for further scaffold refinement.
