Applications : ADAMTS‑4/5‑IN‑1 potently inhibits the aggrecanases ADAMTS‑4 and ADAMTS‑5 (IC₅₀ = 2 nM each) with minimal activity on MMPs. By lowering aggrecan‑degradation products in synovial fluid, it provides a robust pharmacological tool for probing cartilage‑catabolic pathways in osteoarthritis models.
