Applications : This is a deuterium labelled analog of AG-1478 hydrochloride. A selective EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor with IC50 of 3 nM. AG-1478 hydrochloride has antiviral effects against HCV and encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV).
