Applications : AG‑636 inhibits DHODH with nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 17 nM) and acts in a reversible, selective, and orally active manner. By disrupting pyrimidine biosynthesis, it produces strong anticancer effects across DHODH‑dependent malignancy models.
