Applications : AGI‑43192 is an orally active MAT2A inhibitor with restricted blood–brain barrier penetration. It potently inhibits MAT2A and SAM production in MTAP‑null HCT‑116 cells (IC₅₀ = 32–14 nM) and suppresses both cell proliferation and tumor growth. It is well suited for exploring SAM‑regulated pathways in CNS and colon cancer research.
