Applications : This is a deuterium labelled analog of Agomelatine, which is a new agent with a unique pharmacological outline. It is the first melatonergic antidepressant acts by stimulating MT1 and MT2 receptors and blocking 5-HT2B and 5-HT2C receptors. It can be used as a bioanalytical reference standard.
