Applications : This dual Akt/ROCK inhibitor promotes differentiation while suppressing proliferation in high‑risk neuroblastoma. In Neuro2a cells, it shows strong antiproliferative activity, induces robust differentiation, triggers G0/G1 arrest, reduces N‑myc, and elevates differentiation markers. In vivo, it significantly inhibits xenograft tumor growth and enhances tumor cell differentiation, supporting its potential as a targeted therapeutic lead for aggressive neuroblastoma.
