Applications : Almonertinib is an irreversible, orally active third‑generation EGFR inhibitor that selectively targets EGFR‑sensitizing mutations and the T790M resistance mutation. It shows sub‑nanomolar potency against T790M, T790M/L858R, and T790M/Del19 variants and reduced activity toward wild‑type EGFR. These properties support its use in NSCLC research.
