Applications : AMG-193 is an oral PRMT5 inhibitor whose activity is enhanced by MTA, allowing selective targeting of MTAP‑deficient cancers. The AMG-193–MTA complex inhibits PRMT5 with an IC₅₀ of 0.107 µM and preferentially restricts proliferation of MTAP‑deleted tumor cells, protecting normal MTAP‑proficient cells.
