Applications : Amitriptyline‑d₃ hydrochloride is a deuterium labelled version of Amitriptyline hydrochloride, enabling enhanced LC–MS detection and metabolic profiling. The parent compound potently blocks SERT and NET, binds DAT with lower affinity, and exhibits broad receptor antagonism across adrenergic, muscarinic, histamine, and serotonergic targets. It also activates TrkA/TrkB receptors, contributing to neurotrophic and antidepressant effects.
