Applications : This is a potent AXL‑targeting PROTAC that efficiently degrades AXL in TNBC cells, showing a DC₅₀ of 5 nM in MDA‑MB‑231. Compared with the corresponding kinase inhibitor, it delivers markedly superior suppression of AXL signaling, cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. It also demonstrates promising therapeutic activity in patient‑derived organoids and an MDA‑MB‑231 xenograft model, supporting its development as a next‑generation AXL degrader for aggressive cancers.
