Applications : ARD‑2051 is an orally active PROTAC that selectively degrades the androgen receptor with sub‑nanomolar potency (DC₅₀ = 0.6 nM) in LNCaP and VCaP cells. It produces marked tumor growth inhibition in VCaP xenograft models. The molecule comprises an AR ligand (pink), a CRBN ligand (blue), and a linker (black), enabling targeted AR degradation for prostate cancer research.
