Applications : ARX-1796 is an Avibactam prodrug, which is an orally bioavailable β-lactamase inhibitor. Avibactam has a spectrum of inhibition of class A and C β-lactamases, including ESBLs, AmpC and Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase (KPC) enzymes.
