Applications : This is a potent aminobutanoic‑acid–based ASCT2 inhibitor that blocks glutamine uptake in A549 and HEK293 cells at micromolar potency. It disrupts amino‑acid metabolism, suppresses mTOR signaling, inhibits NSCLC cell growth, and induces apoptosis. In vivo, it achieves 70% TGI at 25 mg/kg in A549 xenografts, markedly outperforming V‑9302, and shows strong activity in patient‑derived organoids, highlighting its promise as a glutamine‑metabolism‑targeting therapy for NSCLC.
