Applications : Atopaxar hydrochloride is a potent, orally active, selective and reversible thrombin receptor protease-activated receptor 1 (PAR1) antagonist. Atopaxar hydrochloride, an antiplatelet agent, interferes with platelet signaling. Atopaxar hydrochloride can be used for the research of atherothrombotic disease.
