Applications : Avitinib irreversibly inhibits EGFR with sub‑nanomolar potency against L858R and T790M mutations (IC₅₀= 0.18 nM) and retains activity against wild‑type EGFR (IC₅₀= 7.68 nM). It also acts as a BTK inhibitor, inducing apoptosis and blocking BTK phosphorylation in mantle cell lymphoma. These activities support its broad anticancer potential.
