Applications : Avitinib maleate irreversibly inhibits EGFR with sub‑nanomolar potency against L858R and T790M mutations (IC₅₀= 0.18 nM) and retains activity against wild‑type EGFR (IC₅₀ = 7.68 nM). It additionally inhibits BTK, inducing apoptosis and blocking BTK phosphorylation in mantle cell lymphoma. These activities support its broad anticancer potential.
