Applications : Avutometinib is a dual MEK/RAF inhibitor that allosterically blocks BRAFV600E, CRAF, MEK, and BRAF with IC₅₀ values of 8.2–190 nM. Its simultaneous inhibition of RAF and MEK enables sustained suppression of MAPK‑pathway signaling.
