Applications : This is a molecular‑modeling‑optimized Axl inhibitor that also potently inhibits Met with equal activity. It blocks cellular Axl/Met signaling, suppresses receptor‑driven proliferation, and restrains Gas6/Axl‑mediated migration and invasion. In xenograft models driven by Axl or Met, it produces tumor stasis or regression at well‑tolerated oral doses, supporting its use as a promising anticancer candidate.
