Applications : This is a potent, orally bioavailable type II AXL inhibitor derived from conformationally restricted anilinopyrimidine scaffolds. It shows ~15‑fold selectivity for AXL over c‑Met and effectively blocks cellular AXL signaling, suppresses AXL‑mediated proliferation, and inhibits Gas6/AXL‑driven migration and invasion. In AXL‑dependent xenograft models, it produces strong antitumor efficacy at well‑tolerated doses, inducing tumor stasis or regression, supporting its promise as an AXL‑targeted anticancer agent.
