Applications : This is an impurity associated with Baloxavir, which is derived from the prodrug Baloxavir marboxil. Baloxavir marboxil is a first-in-class, potent, and selective cap-dependent endonuclease (CEN) inhibitor that targets the polymerase PA subunit of influenza A and B viruses. Baloxavir effectively inhibits viral RNA transcription and replication, demonstrating strong antiviral activity.
