Applications : Basroparib potently and selectively inhibits TNKS1/2 while sparing PARP1. Through AXIN1/2 stabilization and Wnt/β‑catenin pathway suppression, it reduces proliferation, promotes apoptosis, and limits cancer stem‑cell properties.
