Applications : BAY 11‑7082 suppresses NF‑κB signaling by selectively and irreversibly inhibiting TNF‑α‑stimulated IκBα phosphorylation, leading to reduced NF‑κB activity and diminished expression of adhesion molecules. It also targets the deubiquitinases USP7 and USP21 with sub‑micromolar potency and inhibits gasdermin D pore formation, effectively blocking inflammasome‑mediated pyroptosis and IL‑1β secretion across species.
