Applications : Bemcentinib selectively targets AXL with nanomolar potency (IC₅₀= 14 nM) and exhibits broad selectivity over Abl, Mer, and Tyro3. It inhibits migratory and invasive phenotypes in cancer cells and reduces metastatic progression, resulting in prolonged survival in breast cancer models.
