Applications : Benidipine hydrochloride is a potent, orally administered calcium channel antagonist. It demonstrates anti-apoptotic properties in ischaemic or reperfused myocardial cells. Additionally, Benidipine hydrochloride enhances the activity of endothelial cell-type nitric oxide synthase and contributes to improved coronary circulation in hypertensive rat models.
