Applications : BET‑IN‑23 is a BD2‑selective BET inhibitor with high potency (IC₅₀= 2.9 nM). It shows strong anticancer activity in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), markedly suppressing cell proliferation by inducing G0/G1 cell‑cycle arrest and apoptosis in vitro, highlighting its promise as a selective epigenetic therapeutic for AML.
