Applications : Bexarotene selectively activates RXRα, RXRβ, and RXRγ with EC₅₀ values of 33–25 nM while showing very limited activity at RAR receptors. Its RXR‑targeted mechanism makes it a valuable tool compound for investigating RXR signaling and cutaneous T‑cell lymphoma biology.
