Applications : Bezafibrate 5‑O‑β‑D‑glucuronide is the major glucuronidated metabolite of bezafibrate, formed via phase II metabolism. It retains the core fibrate scaffold but is conjugated at the 5‑hydroxy position with β‑D‑glucuronic acid, greatly increasing polarity and facilitating renal excretion. This metabolite is commonly used in studies of bezafibrate biotransformation, pharmacokinetics, and PPAR‑related lipid metabolism.

Storage : Keep container tightly closed under nitrogen or argon and refrigerate for long-term shelf life.
Caution : In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wear suitable protective clothing and gloves.
