Applications : BI‑2852 engages the switch II pocket of KRAS^G12C and shows preferential binding to active KRAS^G12D over KRAS^WT. It blocks multiple KRAS regulatory interactions—including GEF, GAP, and effector binding—leading to inhibition of downstream MAPK signaling and reduced proliferation in KRAS‑mutant models.
