Applications : BJ‑2302 inhibits Src kinase (IC₅₀= 3.23 µM) and cathepsin S, leading to suppression of PI3K/AKT and Ras/Raf/ERK signaling and reduced CTSS and MMP‑9 expression. It impairs invasion, metastasis, and proliferation of breast cancer and TNBC cells while sparing normal breast epithelial cells, making it a valuable tool for mechanistic and therapeutic studies.
