Applications : BJJF-078 inhibits TG2 with low‑nanomolar potency in both human and mouse systems (IC₅₀ = 41–54 nM) and also blocks TG1 at sub‑micromolar levels (IC₅₀= 0.16 µM). It is useful for probing TG2‑dependent pathways in multiple sclerosis research.
