Applications : BMS‑202 is a small‑molecule PD‑1/PD‑L1 interaction inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 18 nM; Kᴅ = 8 µM) that binds PD‑L1 and disrupts its interaction with PD‑1. This blockade enhances immune activation and contributes to its antitumor efficacy.
