Applications : BMS‑4 inhibits LIMK1/2 and prevents phosphorylation of cofilin, leading to functional suppression of LIMK signaling. Notably, it does not induce cytotoxicity in A549 cells, supporting its use in mechanistic studies of LIMK‑regulated cytoskeletal processes.
