Applications : BR‑001 is an allosteric EED inhibitor that selectively disrupts the EED–H3K27me3 binding event essential for PRC2 activation. It exhibits strong biochemical potency (IC₅₀ = 4.5 nM) and is useful for mechanistic studies of PRC2‑dependent chromatin regulation.
